Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options on every order, so you can choose based on how quickly you need your fragrance to arrive.

 Free Standard Shipping

Delivered within 10 to 15 business days at no extra cost. This is the default option at checkout and covers every order unless you choose to upgrade.

Priority Shipping, $20

Delivered within 7 to 10 business days. This option suits customers who want their order to arrive sooner and are comfortable paying a flat fee for the faster turnaround.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within [1 to 2] business days of payment confirmation before being handed to our courier, [courier name]. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress until it arrives.

Delivery Coverage Across the UAE

We deliver across all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery estimates are counted in business days and don’t include weekends or public holidays, so plan around that when your order is time sensitive, for example if it’s a gift.

Delays and Exceptions

Delays can occasionally happen because of customs checks or high courier volume during peak shopping periods. If your order is affected, we’ll email you directly with an update rather than leaving you to guess what’s happening with it. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses may also add time to delivery, so double check your address at checkout.
