Information We Collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order history. Payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal, and are not stored on our servers. Card numbers never pass through or sit on our systems at any point in the checkout process.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and deliver your order, respond to support requests, send order updates and tracking information, and, only if you opt in, send occasional marketing emails about new arrivals or offers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the site may not work correctly without them.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share the minimum information necessary with the following providers to fulfill your order: Stripe and PayPal, to process your payment securely; our courier or logistics partner, to deliver your order; and email or SMS providers, to send order updates. Each of these providers processes your data under their own privacy terms, and both Stripe and PayPal are internationally certified for handling card payment data securely (PCI DSS compliant).
Data Retention
We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, and to support any warranty or return request you may make.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account data, subject to any records we’re required to keep by law. Contact us at [email protected] to make a request.
