Orders and Payment

Are your products 100% original?

Yes. Every product we sell is sourced directly and sold sealed, exactly as it left Lattafa’s production line. We don’t sell testers, decants, or repackaged stock.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed securely through Stripe. We also accept PayPal, for customers who’d rather pay from an existing PayPal balance or linked bank account. Both options are encrypted end to end, and we never see or store your full card details on our own systems.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. All payments are handled directly by Stripe and PayPal, both of which are internationally certified for secure payment processing (PCI DSS compliant). Your card information passes through their systems, not ours, so it’s never stored on our servers at any point.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Free standard shipping takes 10 to 15 business days. Priority shipping, which costs $20, takes 7 to 10 business days.

Do you ship to all Emirates?

Yes. We deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow it the rest of the way.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unopened and still in its original packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy for the full details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Product Authenticity

How do I know a bottle is genuine before I buy?

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Not currently. All orders are paid online at checkout through Stripe or PayPal, which lets us process and dispatch orders faster than a cash-on-delivery model would allow
